    haha thanks a bunch man. I've been looking for pics but i have none without clothes that are within the past year but i do have the measurements from august 2006:
    Chest: 35"
    Arms: 13"
    Quads: 22"(the measurement i started with was pretty good right here but they are lagging now at just 25")

    Thanks. I started on November 1st actually because i looked at the pictures from my birthday the day before(yes halloween) and really was tired of being small and short. Couldn't do anything about the height so i joined the gym, bought pumping iron and a subscription to M&F haha.

    I've posted my pics here and musclemecca and you're the first to ask that actually. I had a batman belt when i was like 12 and it left a red rash that i scratched so now it lost all pigment in just a little spot there. Girls think it's cut lol... weird skanks...

    Diet

    6 meals a day. Some people go for 7-8 but i hate eating that much and i also find that if u eat every 3 hours 6 times a day the protein absorbs into your body better and it's less likely to be wasted.

    Meal 1 9:30: 6 egg whites, 2 packets of oats, 1L water
    Meal 2 12:30: 6-8oz steak, rice, carrots, 1L water
    Meal 3 3:00: 2 scoops whey mixed w/ 500ml water
    Preworkout 3:30: White Flood
    During workout 1L WATER and 500ml creatine
    Meal 4 5:30-6:00(post workout): Mom will usually make chicken,steak or turkey so i have whatever it is she's making when i get back from the workout and drink 1L water
    Meal 5 8:30: 6oz steak, rice, 1L water
    Meal 6 11:30: 2 scoops whey mixed with 5ooml water, 2 tbsp peanut butter

    I find eating the same stuff all the time works better for me and it's easy.

    I do 2 exercises, DB wrist curls and heavy BB wrist curls. I find if you do the compound stuff like BB shrugs, deadlifts, and just holding heavy dumbells, then you don't have to train them. I just figure since it's arm day why not do them.

    Yeah they can handle it so might as well work them. My off days are so boring because i do zero cardio so i usually just play guitar, watch movies. Basically what im doing now.
