no hating, but at your height/weight and chest size, your legs arent really that big, thats my only recommendation on what to work on

Oh yeah i know man. I've managed to add 10 inches on my chest since beginning,over 3.5 on arms, but only 3 on the quad measurement. I work as hard as i can but they just take so much longer to grow. I really don't know why, i've tried high volume, low volume, it's a pain but i'm hoping they start to grow sometime. I'd trade my legs for yours.

Its not a BBing routine, but check out smolov, a PLing routine, 4 times a week squatting, I guarentee your legs will grow with this, heres a link

You also started in Jan '05 and i started Oct/Nov '06 so you've had more time to get strength built up.

Exactly. I would rather be big and maybe have some flab (which I do at the moment, lol) than be ripped at 150 lbs.

Yeah, i just don't see the need to diet down especially when you're a teen. I know that when im 25 and 230 shredded i won't regret not going through these bulk and cut phases in my teen years.

Right on. I have more the mindset "It's not how much you lift, but how much you look like you can lift" so they are important that i do them heavy and hard but it's not my main goal.

BTW your lifts are really great for 15. I'm not too familiar with the powerlifting section on here but your lifts must be up there for your age/weight.

yeah very impressive bro, awesome work

i have been doing a similar workout for the past couple of months and it seemed to work well the only thing i do differnt that i like is i superset bi's and tri's and the arm day, you will get an AMAZING pump

btw how many calories you getting a day?
