    I don't understand what it means. Is that per meal, day whatever. and what ratio of carbs to synchronize with it. care to explain? will rep

    the ratio by the end of the day should be 40% protein 40% Carbs 20% Fat
    for protein basically if you weigh 150 then you should consume 150 G of Protein

    it means 1-2g of protein/lb of body weight a day. As far as carb and fat ratios... that depends if ur bulking, cutting, or mantaining. Im kinda doin a "lean bulk" and i do a 3:3:1 ratio of protein:carbs:fats.

    It is per day. Go for at least 1.5g protein per lb of bodyweight, so if you were 200 lbs, you would need 300g protein. For carbs, you should eat more grams carbs than protein. In my opinion, go far a 20/50/30 ratio for calories. This means 20% calories from fat, 50% from carbs, 30% from protein. Some people also use a 20/40/40 ratio.

    1g of fat = 9 calories | 1g of carbs = 4 calories | 1g protein = 4 calories

    I always find it difficult to eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Maybe I'm trying too hard.

    I am not even going to give input here, as this is going to be great amusement to watch. I will give my input after all of the "knowledgeable" people on the subject of dietetics have their say.

    All I will say is my average intake of protein per day (in grams) is 550-600 grams. I don't recommend this to people that don't have a diet suited for this to begin with.

    Well, considering I go through 60 lbs of red meat, 30 lbs of chicken/turkey, and 30 lbs of tuna a month...yeah. That's why I have 3 jobs more or less.

    That's not even including the supplement/other foods bill.

    At your weight, I'd say like 350.

    Maybe go for 65g fat, 350g carbs, 210g protein per day... (20/50/30)
