    Smile Load CEE just like mono?

    In the past I have only taken creatine supplementation via products like VNS Jacked, Swole and NO-Xplode and I am going to begin supplementing with just straight creatine without any extra so that the dosage will increase.

    My question: Do you load CEE just like you'd load Creatine mono? For example, I weigh 164 pounds and if I was to cycle creatine I'd take it 26g/day for week one, and then 11g/day for weeks 2-4, and then be off for week 5.

    It is my understanding though that increased creatine mono servings are required because their absorbtion is not the greatest... and I also am under the impression that the absorbtion is the claim to fame for CEE.

    Can anyone smarter than myself straighten me out? (Note: Lets all consider CEE to be an actual substance as well )

    The directions on CEE usually say that no loading phase is needed but with some good will you might try and see how it works. I think it should be beneficial as the only difference between CM and CEE is the ester attached so the functions are the same. I believe you could also cycle it if you want but it's proven unnecessary but once again, try and see how it feels for you. I just finished loading my CEE with some 10g/day and am taking the recomended 5g/day dose in the morning and PWO which seem to be the best times for creatine supplementation. I tried PreWO but didn't notice much of a difference so I started taking it in the morning instead. I think the stuff works awesome and pretty soon I will start stackin' it with some Cold Fusion so it should get even better I hope.

    loading is not necessary for ANY creatine, your muscles have a saturation point and once it is reached you will just be wasting your creatine on loading and watching it go down the toilet with your piss
