I am actually the heaviest and strongest I have ever been right now. I'm just on 180 lbs @ 5'6". Heading for 210 then cut back to 200.

Well, you have just made my day!! That pic is very much real with no photoshopping going on so I am flattered by your comments

One of my goals is to get the biggest deadlift ever in Australia by a female in competition. Another of my goals is to reach 200 lbs of solid muscle (I'm 180 now)

BTW - I do have a photoshopped version of that pic so I am posting it here. I would LOVE to achieve the kind of mass in the altered pic!!!

Hey Ya'll,
Hoping I could get some help from the ladies here. I have a screen saver made up of dozens of female bodybuilders both pros and amatuers. The other day a friend gave me this picture, and I haven't been able to find out who she is or if she has her own website. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BTW...Titiana...I saw your pics in AMG awhile ago and said..."hey, I know that girl!" Looking good as always.

This is before the plastic surgery on her nose which theres hardly any pics of online. I never liked her posing routine it was weird, like a ecstasy dance, she suits the poses of basics not dancing round like she does here, still she is arguably the best female bber of all time IMO and she is a good sales woman on sky T.V. today she still looks great.

That '85 clip is awesome and she uses music from one of my favourite groups too. I love Supertramp and 'Fools Overture' is a great track. I have the original album

Nothing wrong with a nose job....I had mine fixed a few years ago...it was broken in a fight in highschool LOL

If i was going to enter a contest i would probably pose to some AC/DC, and make it basic i could not do the jumping round thing like fitness competitors.
