He guys whats up! i just wanted to let you all know that i started my bulking phase last week (3/15/05) and today i ordered 2 bottles of X-factor.
THe disappointing part: i know when you review a product that you shouldn't really be taking on other products to conflict with it but i am going to be selfish here and go for the gold.
My currents supplements for the bulk phase will be: ON's 100% whey, Multipro 32x, Fish oil, Dymatize Xpand, and X-factor.
I will be taking the x-factor @ 4 pills/day... 2 in the morning with breakfast and 2pills an hour before my workout.
**** i will try 4 pills for 2 weeks and if i am not seeing results i like i will up the dosage to 5 pills spread over 3x a day****
MY STATS BEFORE X-FACTOR:
weight: 180lbs
BF% somewhere around 16.5%
some strength stats:
BENCH 255x 2
SQUAT 275x 2
DEADS 370 x 1
my split will be:
MON-chest/abs
TUE-Back
WED-rest
THURS-legs/abs
FRI-shoulders/arms
WEEKENDS-rest
anything i left out....?

well guys, i know i haven't started taking the X-factor because it isn't here yet but i guess i'll post my workouts from last night and today so you guys can take a look at the weights i use and stuff like that.
LAST NIGHTS LEG/AB WORKOUT:
Squats 4*8,8,7,7 -- 265lbs

Stiff leg deads 4*6,6,6,5 -- 305lbs
C. Raises 5*15,15,15,15,15 -- 320lbs

TODAYS SHOULDER/ARM WORKOUT

both were great workouts finished both in about 65 minutes.
ALSO, i dropped the fish oil from my supplement stack today because i have learned that fish oil will conflict with the benefits of the X-factor.
I'll post back maybe sunday night after im done pigging out on Easter. Easter Sunday will be a cheat day for me.

Day 1 of X-factor
Alright boys it came in the mail today. I took it 3x today: 2 pills an hour before my workout @ like noon, 2 pills with meal 3 @ about 3:00pm, and a pill with meal 5 @ about 7:00pm).

today was the second day. For some reason my lower back was killin me and i have no idea why. i did chest/abs yesterday and i know darn well i didn't hurt it from that and when i went to bed last night i felt fine. The only thing i can think of is that i slept on it wrong. anyway today was Back day so here was the workout:

today is an off day. When i woke up today my traps were sooooo freaking sore. my weight is dropping and i am still eating alot (3000 cals/day). I weighed 178 today. before i started i weighed 180.
tomorrow is legs. i'll post feedback later tomorrow night.

Today i had a pretty good workout. i went up 10 lbs with lunges, 5lbs and some reps with squats, and added some reps with my calf raises too. Not to bad for only day 4. Here's the workout:

Today the gains were pretty good. No crazy pumps yet, but the strength is coming up. As a matter of fact, every exercise i did today went up in either weight or reps or both. Here was the workout:

by the way the weight loss seems quick, dont u think....but i like that it seems that it is also a good weight loss supplement.....

Day 6
Thanx guys, makes me feel good to see you guys taking interest.
Today is day 6. I weighed 179 today so the weight came back up a pound. Today during work i had TONS of energy. I got to work @ 8:00am and got done @ 3:00pm and it felt like i only worked 2 hours. Maybe it was just one of those easy days or something. I am probly goin bowlin tonight so hopefully i'll be able to throw the ball faster or something because i am terrible at bowling.
Tomorrow is another rest day. I'll post tomorrow night. Later guys.

Day 7
Its been one week now.I weighed in at 180 today. Back to the same weight I started from. I am starting to see my abs a little better, and that is hard to believe because I am bulking right now so that is good news. Also, the pumps are getting a little better. Not only do i have a pump in what muscle I use but I have a full body pump. I have never experienced this before so it is cool. Tomorrow is chest/abs day so I will post back after the workout. I can't wait. Later guys.

Tonight was a pretty good night. I went up a few lbs. in some exercises. Still no real major pumps but getting better. I added 200mgs of caffeine with my preworkout dose of Xpand a half hour before my workout. Definately made an energy difference. I will probly keep doing that until the rest of my HP caffeine runs out. Here was the workout:

Hey guys, I woke up today from my chest workout and usually i am sore as heck but today i was barely sore at all, I wonder if its from the X-factor. Tonight was my back/traps night and man what a good workout. I seriously felt one hell of a pump in my back, bi's, traps, hams, quads, lowerback.... The pump was everywhere and it is still with me as I am typing. Here was the workout: I tried hitting the traps a little different tonight and i'll stick with this way throughout the rest of my cycle because it was good.

Great workout. I had a massive pump. Tomorrow is an off day. Thurs is legs/abs.... I can't weight to tear into those squats. I'm starting to love this product.

Hey guys sorry i didn't post yesterday. It was my 10th day while on it but my computer at home is down because my mom is painting around it. I am in school now so hopefully it;ll be back up tonight after my leg workout.
As for pumps, they are getting more full-body. But i seem to have a headache all the time. That sucks but it isn't too bad. Other than that I am loving this product i Max Von said that the real strength gains come in week 3 so ill be waiting.

WOW guys great leg workout tonite. The weights moved up, the pumps were better than ever. I finally think that the X-factor is getting loaded into my muscles so the next few weeks could be alot of fun. Here is the workout:

Hey guys sorry for not posting in 2 days. Ive been pretty busy with some stuff.
My friday night workout was awesome. I increased in weights or reps in just about every exercise i did. The pumps were insane. My arms were so full of blood it felt like they were gonna tear or something. I am starting to really love this product.
