well...the price is pretty nice.
I'd like to see some more BCAA:Creatine ratio, but overall its a solid product for cheap.I got no strings to hold me down

If you consume a BCAA drink during training, it's a good pre and post training powder (if BCAA+Creatine is all you're after).Originally Posted by JC-orginalbdass

Yeah, if I took it pre and post, though, that's 10g of creatine. Too much, no? If I'm taking Wraath during training, I'm getting EAAs. Would that make the one serving post workout sufficient?
