Should the weight you do on parallel squats be the same as what you do on box squats, or higher/lower? I'm asking because I can do do at least 245 on regular squat and about 280 on box squat. Would I be able to break 280+ on regular?

Box squat and parallel squats, question
NOW (Goals in parentheses)
Hgt: 5'7" (5'9")
Weight: 145 (135)
Bench Press: 155 (185)
Deadlift: 285 (315)
Parallel Squat: 300 (315)
Power Clean: 155 (175) Met the new goal!
Total: 895 (900)
