lol I usually go through about a 5 pound tub a month. Right now I got 4, 5 pound tubs working but if I only had one I'd probably end up spending about 50 a month on protein. What kind of protein did you buy and how many scoops do you take daily???

10 lbs a month, cost me $125. It's crazy, I love meat, but can't eat enough so I use mostly ProPeptide/MuscleMilk.

7-9lbs of WPC per month, as a staple.
When I can, 2 canisters of Ultra Peptide.
Just for powders.
Would run at about 90$.

there was a time where i spend about 15lb whey per MONTH. that only last about one month. lol.
now i buy one 5lb tub every FOUR MONTHS. I buy ON Whey. Just one scoops post workout. I suggest you guys do the same. As for protein, instead of whey, i eat lots of meat.
do you guys know about Jack Mackerel. go to grocery store..look for it..its only like 70 cents per can..each can has about 69g of protein...plus i has omega 3 fatty acids...
also, drink more milk..not too much..but one cup about 4 times a day...in the morning, instead of whey, fix some eggs...again at your grocery store, you can find those egg white containers...NOT EGG BEATERS...just egg whites...they are good. it will save you on whey.

I honestly don't know how it goes by so fast...
2 scoops WPI/WPC breakfast, 1 scoop WPI/WPC pre-workout, 2 scoops WPI post-workout, 2 scoops blend at bedtime. If I'm tied up, I'll have 2 more scoops of a blend during the day. At least 7 scoops per day, sometimes more

I tend to go through about 3-4lbs of isolate a month, and another 4-6 lbs of custom mix. Of course that still only:
wpi $6/lbs = $25 (roughly)
Blend $11/lbs $55 (roughly)
$80 total
That will last me between 4-6 weeks.

In the last 3 days I have almost drank an entire container of Muscle Milk, which is really stupid. When I don't have much of an apatite for grilled chicken breast, tuna, turkey, or even beef, I tend to use MRP's or protein powders as a crutch.
