My lunch was chicken breast congee(brown rice) today. But I only had 15 mins to get it done. I ate the whole chicken breast, but I couldn't finish the rice..about half of it left. I felt pretty depress throughout the day. Does anyone experience this before?

thats why im so against carbless diets.. i guess some ppl respond to them and others dont, i know when i reduced them my energy levels felt like i wasnt sleeping, and i was just feeling crap... now i just keep it simple and count cals as a whole, whether its fat carbs whatever, and ive never felt better or got such good results especially doing a cut

everyone is different.. when i went on a complete keto diet and lost 100 lbs i was fine in the gym even overtraining, now that i have incorporated them back into my diet my mood has been brought up a bit
its simple just focus on what kind of carbs ur taking in, and also count them if you are so serious about them.. also utilizing them aroudn ur workout would also help if ur that paranoid or strict about ur carbs.. it has worked like a charm for me..
also fitday.com if you need to track it up
but carbs dindt really bring me down that much.. its just given me more energy and ive got better gains in the gym bringing them back into my diet after my 100lb cut
