Today I had my childhood favorite:
Roast pork with mashed potatoes covered in pork gravy, and a vegetable (Brocolli, this time).
and was able to share it with my Dad. Something I haven't done in maybe 8 or so years.

Today was my birthday, therefore I cheated at every meal. If I had to choose my favorite, I would go with the chinese buffet meal.
I had:
-Wide variety of greasy meats
-Fried shrimp
-Sushi
-Noodles
-Green veggies
-Rice
-Mashed potatoes
-Pizza slice
-Apple pie slice
-Logan berries
-Bananas
-Jello
-Different variety of puddings
-A little bit of every single dessert (rice crispy, brownie, cookies, etc)
-Bowl of ice cream with caramel syrup and sugar frosted nuts
-Probably other stuff that I'm forgetting
I am usually a health nazi too, but I told myself to screw it for one day. It was worth it.

It was a pro/veg only day. That makes the best meal Prolab Vanilla Protein Component, SF Black Cherry Jello mix and psyllium husk powder sludge - tasted like a cherries and cream mousse.

A compound found in winstrol does infact interact negatively with xanax. Apparently when they mix in the digestive system they create a foaming reaction (kinda like diet coke and mentos - youtube it). Ever seen a seagull pop?-Hatetank

I'm dieting so bare with me. It was 1.5 scoops of Labrada V60 Banana, one scoop of Strawberry IntraPro, 2 tablespoons of natty peanut butter, and a little water. It makes for a nice protein pudding.

3-egg omelette rushed together this morning, with a handful of Honduran king prawns and no-fat cheese. Lovely breakfast at 5:45am to set me up for a 12 hour shift.
