Are Chin-Ups The Best Bicep Exercise Apart From Barbell Curls? I want to know this as I am looking for the 2nd best bicep exericise to include in my routine as I already know that barbell curls tend to be the best!

Yep. For a while, I had them as my only bicep exercise. They worked great for me.

I do chin ups too, they are a really good excercise.
You'll thank yourself when you're older for getting into the iron game at a young age.
