I workout 3 days in a week (1 hour)
my bmr is 1709 (130 lbs and 5.7 ft).

is this amount of calories enough??
my metabolism is not fast and I don't wanna gain fat.

That seems quite low IMO. Just remember that excess calories will determine your weight gain. So experiment with the calories and find a spot where you are gaining at a good rate. If one we you lose/aren't gaining then you know you need to up them.
EDIT: Here is a good calc to take a look at also...

I'd recommend adding 200 to that maintenance number.Last edited by cboesger; 09-01-2007 at 03:39 AM.

well fix it up it takes 2 minutes.. and if 300 kcal over isnt enough monitor ur weight for 1-2 weeks and if you are gaining then you are fine.. once u hit a plateau though ur going to have to raise it a bit.. i would say when u hit a platue add a glass of skim milk or a few hard boiled eggs to up ur cals for the next week 60-100 cals (and keep monitoring).. keep the foods clean and workout hard..
