Hi to everyone,
I have gone from about 250 lbs to 190 lbs, my bodyfat is about 13-15 %. I'm happy, except with the skin on my stomach, it is still flabby (for lack of better word).
Now take Lee Priest for exempla, in the Muscle Tech commercials he is unrecognizable, superfat, yet when he cuts for a competition his skin is paperthin. What's their secret? Or is it just because they go so low in bodyfat?
I don't understand, where dos the skin go?

Lose the fat and train---> no loose skin
Suck 50%BF away---> loose skin
shrink 40kg of muscle away in a week---> loose skin
Now, I don't believe in million years you have loose skin on your stomac, you have 13%BF-15BF, so you still have fat on your tummy, that sounds more logical anyway.
Priest does not go SLOWLY with his diet, he loses the fat quickly. Just read above my examples.
Just cut below 10%BF And you possibly won't have that bloated look on your tummy.

I am not an expert but for the contests they drastically reduce their sodium, and water intake several days prior to the event/photo shoot. Several weeks prior to the event/photo shoot they drastically reduce carb intake. I would guess the photos show them at around 4-7% bodyfat.
When I was in High School my friend was cutting for a contest. He basically ate nothing but tuna and hard boiled eggs for weeks. Boy was he irritable! He couldn't wait to eat normally after the contest!

Clenbuterol indeed, plus diuretics and tons of other stuff.
Don't go and imagine that the only drugs pros take are the ones who make them big.
Read that pretty little cycle in the middle of the page

15% at 200 is 30 lbs of fat, 3% at 6 lbs of fat, so thats only 24 lbs then need to drop
so the pros even tho they dont get to as high bf, they still need to drop more weight
