Hey brahs have you guys ever felt light headed or dizzy during a squat set or afterwards? Maybe even on deadlifts? Happens to me quite often even though i am breathing properly. I think it is just happening because it is a very demanding exercise. Anyone else get this?

i dont usually get light headed but today i bust something at the bottom of my head. it was my very last rep and i was struggling and pushing harder than ive ever pushed on an exercise before and right when i got it up i got an extremely painful sensation right where my head meets my neck in the back. im assuming it was a headache but it felt like i got hit by a baseball bat. it was awful. it kind f threw me off for the rest of my lifts because it was killing me. anybody know what it couldve been?

Wow... Nobody seems to have any idea. It's simple:
You're not breathing enough, happens to everyone. Not enough oxygen to the brain will makes you feel light headed.
Solution: breath more. More regular and deeper especially while under the weight. Always try to breath out on the positive part of the rep though.
