That's more useful
No one eats uncooked rice. So, I'm fairly certain the original question that started this thread was regarding a cup of cooked rice. Depending on one's perspective though, even a cup of cooked rice (around 150-200 calories) might be too much for one sitting. Anyway, this is your best and most useful answer. Thanks.

1 cup cooked or 1 cup uncooked? generally 1/2 cup uncooked = 1cup cooked
