How long does it take creatine to get completely out my body? a week? also... will i lose a lot of my gains if im off of it for like 5 days? Reps for good answers.

about 2 weeks to totally flush out of your system, and just have what your getting from red meats.
You won't lose any weight from going off creatine, although you may lose some water weight, as your intake won't be so high.

if your cycling and your going to go off it then start again...i recommend that you dont use it for 2 weeks
