Personally, I love Peanut Butter and have trouble limiting my intake, therefore I have completely eliminated it from my diet. If I buy a jar of Natty PB it is gone in about 3 or 4 days. I am addicted to Natty PB and cottage cheese. I have found quite a few people who feel the same way. PB is very calorie dense so a little bit adds up and can really screw up your diet. Of course self control is great, but I admit this is my one food weakness.

There is a destined time to eat a specific food? The broscience is strong itt. You can eat peanut butter, whenever, wherever, and however you want. Cutting, bulking, maintaining, fat, slim, ripped, it doesn't matter there are no set of rules as to when you can eat something.. what is your logic going in to this thread OP?
