well guys this cycle(300mg 1ad 3times a day and 250mg of 4 diol 3 times a day) is blowing my mind and people are definitely noticing!!!!
starting weight was 168lbs november 18
weight as of last night on the scale 181lbs.december 9th.
my strength has gone through the roof, though the ol libido is lacking.
expalined it all to the g-friend and she understands so thats cool.im gaining around the waist a little but i have really added the calories.
ive been lifting for about 5 yrs and ive never gotten over 180lbs.
ive read past threads and i am guilty of trying to stay lean all year round and expect to add mass just like others. well i have news for all you that want to gain, give this cycle a try and i GUARANTEE you will be impressed.

Hey man that is exactly the cycle im going to do at the start of next year. i was on 4diol for 8 weeks and put on at least 20 pounds. I wonder how well it will work for me with the 1ad added in.........so man how bad was the libido loss?? was it totally dead? i cant have that ****. i got girls to pimp......tell me how bad it was ok? later man.

i noticed a little loss in libido, i mean you still can perform but the desire isnt so great

Is any one haveing any digestive problems with the 1 AD
upset stomach ****s etc.and is the 4 Diol transdermal
has any one thought of getting the 1 AD from kilosport
and making there on,they have gel caps and you can get them in 400 mg size so you will save alot of money you can get 20 grams
of 1 AD for 99 dollars has any one done this/

I did the same cycle with androdiol select 300 and 1-AD and got similar results. In four weeks I gained about twelve pounds and my bench press went up 40lbs. Strongest and biggest I have ever been. 900mg/day of 4diol and 900mg/day of 1-AD.

how long should you wait before you start trying something you guys are on?...is it something you want to get started on from the very beginning?
