    Exclamation adding an inch to arms

    with good diet a solid routine and some supplements would it be possible to add an inch to my arms within a month? Yes this is like a post I did earlier but it got locked due to the title not being specific enough.... reps for serious answers.

    Are there any like sure fire exercises to kick start growth in the arms. I'm mainly interested in making my biceps larger. As of now my triceps majorly outsize my bi's. Thanks guys

    Just hit your back and chest good and everything will grow. Don't make the same damn mistake I made and try to focus on getting 'big bi's' with stupid iso's that won't help. My arms have actually gotten bigger since dropping direct arm work.

    Note: Some ppl do need direct arm work for their arms as well as indirect. I see the same ppl doing curls 3x a week and of course, they never get any bigger. Hope this helps!

    Drop the weight - Another 16-20 reps

    After all that squating, my f*ckin ARMS are killing me.

    The pump in my biceps and triceps are insane, they feel like there going to rip the skin!!
