I am back at school and want to bulk from ~200-215 lbs. I figure i will have to eat a ton in order to do this. I can't figure out how to get an insane amount of food in though. Ive been going to the cafeteria 4 times daily and i seem to be able to consistently eat a lot. Any tricks to eating even more?
I realize that my body has to slowly up the cals and stuff and get used to it but are there any tricks of the trade?
