Question Chest Gap

There is a gap between my upper abs and my chest. I'm not really sure how to fill it. Are there any exercise that work the inner lower part of the pecs? Appreciate any help.

Just increase overall chest mass, bulk! But apart from that, decline presses place more emphasis to the lower fibres of the pec, but IMHO just work on your whole chest, and once you have enough mass, it will fill out.

Thumbs up Decline\Flys

Decline works the lower portion of your pec, and flies work the inner pec.
If you have access to cable look into doing some cable crossovers, it places stress on the intire pectoral especially the inner, lower and outer pecs as well as the anterior deltoids.
