i know that this question has been asked like 1000 thousand time but i am confused cuze i read an article saying that ur body consume all the protein if u drink it at one shot(like 3 scoops of whey at the same time) and on the other hand i found another articles saying the opposite
what's wrong and what's right ?!?!!??! i really need to know because dinking all my protein at once will help me much more than drink it three times aday

There is a video Layne Norton did on his youtube page about protein absorption. Basically what it comes down to is Leucine is what your body uses for muscle synthesis. Your body can only absorb so much leucine at a time so it depends how much the protein you use contains. I would say you are wasting your money by taking 3 scoops of protein at once. I would stick to the recommended serving

On the other hand, greater protein doses, at least post-workout, may stimulate MPS to a higher degree (20g vs 40g compared here; if this was performed comparing even larger doses, I haven't seen it): https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4985555/
