    can you cut and gain muscle/strength at the same time

    can you cut and gain muscle/strength at the same time? right now i eat whatever i want whenever i want and call it bulking haha im not fat 15 years old 5'10 167 about 17% bf but u can still see my abs but i want them 2 b more cut but then again i still need to gain muscle for football help a brotha out

    I tried getting my bench up while cutting... bad idea.. tore a chest muscle. I don't train as hard while cutting now. Your body doesn't repair as fast as when bulking. I'm not saying it's impossible though.

    i've gotten my reps up a decent ammount cutting before which helped out when i was done cutting and maxed. while i was cutting i never really tried anything that i couldnt get at least 6 times though so i dunno how much acctual strength gain it was.
