    My training(Arms) dont work

    I work out my arms by using a 20lb and i do that like about 50-60 times untill my hands get tired every day, but i still see no improvment. Someone can tell me how to get a good workout in my arms

    Your overtraining if your doing curls everyday....get a split and a good diet and you'll be fine.. Work hard and have courage.

    Not at all. Read the stickies, learn a little about lifting. You don't want to work the same muscle every day, and you definitely dont want to just work one muscle period. Diversify, make a split. Read.

    Do biceps once a week, like every other body part, and do about 5 intense sets. That's all it takes. Definitly stop doing light weight that many times, you won't gain muscle, simple as that, it won't happen. To gain muscle you need to do heavy weight with a reasonable rep range (I like 4-6).
    Every thing you do should count towards something; you should gain something every day.
