    Best Prohormone supplements?

    What are the best legal prohormones growth out there? I am thinking about taking DHEA although I've heard that it has a number of side effects which I need to research. Secondly what are the best supplements for preventing catabolism.

    30-40 grams glutamine/ day..............3 - 5 doses same
    5 grams vitamin C
    switch metabolism to fat burner instead of carb burner ( Anabolic Diet )
    SuperNutrition Opti-Pack.....see anti-oxidants
    Sears labs fish oil
    Udo's choice oil blend
    Tribestan 8 week on cycle/2 off...8 on, so on and on
    and last but not least..........PROTEIN, PROTEIN and more PROTEIN
    2-3 grams per lb./ lean mass bwght. this will throw your system into an almost steroid-like anti-catabolic state.
