Does anyone know how the nutritional information for Egg whites. I am eating 5 medium size egg whites a day and want to keep a proper track on how much I am taking in.
Apologies if this has already been discussed, I did a search but couldn't find anything.

1 egg white = about 18 calories - round it up to 20 and add an extra egg white every time
it is pure protein. about 3-5 grams of protein depending on size.

An egg white generally contains 4 grams of protein.

A medium eggwhite? I don't know about that. I eat larges, and I was told they they contain 3g of protein per white. This guy is asking about mediums..Originally Posted by steve48

Calories 33
Fat 0

Protein 6
