... fruits, veges, peanut butter, rice, potato.

Lots of different meats, vegetables, and dairies.
For example today I'll be having (and already had):
Chunk of Beef Roast, drizzled in Au Jus. Curried Salmon served with a chili sauce. Cauliflower, spinach, and brussel sprouts. Then tonight I'm going to attempt to make a chocolate cheesecake.
All different (and better IMO) than chicken and brown rice. Then chicken and brown rice, followed by chicken and brown rice.
Oh and I'm cutting, just a little bit more to get my bodyfat down a little more.

I've only had brown rice once or twice...it's alright, but I don't like the taste.
I generally eat the same things, but mix up the method of preperation.
instead of a morning protein shake I'll not blend the things up and eat them as a cereal
Instead of scrabmled eggs, I'll fry them sunny side up or whatever. Egg sandwhiches. Chicken with BBQ sauce, chicken with nacho adn taco cheese, chicken sandwiches. Hamburgers, hamburger in a taco, in chilli, etc.
I do eat peanut butter straight from the jar, though Sometimes I'll make a sandwich out of it.If life gives you AIDS, make lemonAIDS

Buffets
Buffets do not have to be fattening. YOU are the one who chooses what you eat. I have never been to one buffet, and my bf and I are the kig/ queens of buffets it would seem, that doesn;t have soups, salads, and baked fish, baked chicken, etc. You do NOT have to eat Smoked ham and breaded fish and Pizza from the buffet and a lot of buffets will have frozen yogurt instead of or next to the ice cream. Save for a sheat day maybe, to have what you like and crave, not to eat 'til you puke. Yes?

From the book-- You on a Diet(a great read for a airplane flight being a highlighter): I am going to break it down barney style ok? If you eat nuts , typically almonds, pecans, walnuts/ black walknuts before you go somewhere you are going to eat. it will trigger the "fat receptors"in the brain that tell your stomach that you are satisfied. That way you help to not have cravings and to feel full. Plus nut fat is better than animal fat anyday. Bring a can of mixed nuts with you, that way you don;t look like your bringing ?our own food"and you can keep stuff like that in the car aliong with sunflower seeds.
Ohh another tip: my bf brings sacks of low salt sunflower seeds and chomps on them constantly at gatherings like that. And if you are at a BBQ you can even spi the shells!Who Motivates the MOTIVATOR BABY?!
