    testabolen or 1ad

    what is better testabolen i think thats how you spell it or 1-ad what has better results i want to get my moneys worth they say testabolen you can gain 10 pounds in 1 cycle and they say 1-ad is the newses what is the best let me no thanks respond all please

    I personally have had recent great results from 1 A-D.
    My arms went from 15 3/4 to 16 1/4 in just two weeks.
    My strength also increased tremendously.
    I had to up everything 25-50#
    ...and strength is all you gotta know!
