Lightbulb My humble opinion on BEST lifts

    Chest: bench press

    Back: Pull-ups

In my mind can't just say legs, so . . .
Quads: Squats or Front Squats (can't pick one)
    Hams/ass: Deadlift

Biceps: how could someone pick one for biceps?

    Triceps: Skull Crushers

    Shoulders: Seated DB shoulder press

Abs: I get the best burn from that 70's style ab wheel (the one that is basically a trike wheel with a handle through it) and leg lifts.

chest - decline db press (proven to stimulate most muscule fibre). Plus u can lift more than flat and incline. Pretty easy to maintain form. Goto "Response to Bench Press = Crap" post. It's very informative.

Biceps- I like ez curl bar

Tricep- I like flat skullcrushers, however decline is best

    Legs- Squats

    Lats- pullups

    Lower Back- Deads

    Back- Bent over BB Rows
