Shaking up the routine...

I know that muslces will adapt to a routine and that, for example, I should shake it up every few weeks.

If I have been doing regular flat bench for chest will moving to a hammer strength chest workout for a few weeks do enough to change it up? Or should i go between regular bench and incline?

Any advice or suggestions? Thanks.
