How do you dose Orange TRIad?
I know some people do 3-3, some do 2-2-2, and now I've been seeing talk of 3-2-1. How do you dose your OT and why?

I really like the 2-2-2, but have been experimenting lately with the 3-2-1. I workout in late afternoon and so my larger meal is at PPWO(dinner) so for me the 2-2-2 seems to be working better.

I wasnt trying to sound like an ass, just didnt understand the reasoning behind this. makes sense though about absorbtion i guess. Ive just been going from directions on bottle.. maybe ill try to split it 2-2-2 and see how that goes.

those work too, the reason we listed 3 twice per day is becuase many wouldnt follow taking a supp more than twice per day, so its better to take it less often then forgetting to take it at all.

I find the 2-2-2 method very beneficial. Besides your body can only absorb so much before ya piss it out.

2-2-2 is best because it keeps the levels stable longer but its too much to remember but not really. jsut take 2 with each meal.
