best creatine(c.e.e) and creatine pills?
which one has had good personal experience and good gains from? ive heard good things about NO Shotgun
also it says on pills to swallow with water....im one that cant do this feat lol i have to swallow my pills with milk....can u still do that with milk then turn around and drink the suggested amount of water right afterwards?
