i've modified the programme so that carbs are 85 on non workout days
    and 125 on workout days

    its around 14 weeks out

    I am 176 @ 17-18% bodyfat and I am 5'6"
I am also 16 years old

do you think I am big enough to compete?

Without seeing pics its hard to help a whole lot. Is there someone at your gym or in your town who is experienced at bb prep? Going from 17% to contest shape in 14 weeks can be done, but it will be tough. You're gonna have to drop around 25 pounds to be ripped -- maybe more. Your carb count sounds reasonable, and it sounds like you have plenty of muscle to be competitive...especially as a teenager. I'm assuming that this is your first contest? You can find some good pre-contest diets at www.bodybuildingworld.com Good luck!

    thanks for the advice everyone!

I've decided to put another inch on my arms (to be 17")
and add some mass to my delts, chest, tris

so i will not compete, but i will continue my cut

once I finish my cut I will do a lean bulk not exceeding 12% bodyfat.

then i will compete in a comp early next year

this way, i'll put a few months of experience while I do better prep

    thanks again
