It literally means a cup's worth of fresh fruit, I don't see how you don't understand that. Get an idea of how big a cup is or actually measure it out and then you'll know.

Cut up pieces . . .
U cut up the fruit in pieces & use them 2 fill up a measuring cup, that's a cup of fresh fruit. Of course how many calories that represents will vary depending on what the fruit is, the size of the pieces & how hard u cram them in2 the cup.
Going by weight is more accurate.

Oh thanks there fellas.....i just tried to do somethin similar to the diet found mi "musclebuilding stack" of mtech and i just wondered. Cause it states 3-4 times per day to have a cup of fresh fruit. And if u do that with an apple or orange or green grapes u get lots of sugar i think.
thanks in advance.

dont follow other diets.. make ur own and stick with it
what works for others will not always work for you! id advise you just eat clean and workout hard.. trying to follow someone else's diet usually doesnt work because everyones body is different
sure you can do varaiations of people diets.. but remember not everyones diet works for everyone else.. sometimes u just got to change things up

It literally means whatever the hell you want it to mean, seeing as how a cup is not any sort of standardized measurement and all. So when you see data about a cup of fresh fruit equaling a certain amount of calories, all that basically tells you is that any amount whatsoever of that particular fruit equals that particular amount of calories. Wild stuff.
