CALCULATED DRIVEN MACHINE
R3 The Most Complete Recovery Formula!!
There are not many complete recovery products out on the market. R3 is the most complete blend of electrolytes, glutamine and amino acids you will find in a supplement. It has been developed by Russian technology called the "omega wave system". This technology has allowed HARD Nutrition staff to see inside an athletes body to actually see if the product is working or not. There is no lying with this machine only the truth.
Over the past 2 years HARD Nutition has tested the product R3 on a variety of athletes. The athletes range from bodybuilders,NFL,UFC,Runners and your workout warrior. The results have been stagering, on average our athletes workload capacity incraeses by 20% and down time has decreased by atleast 30%.
This is the real deal guys, no BS. Put this product to the test. If you are inetersted in trying it out email us at samples@hardnutrition.com and we will send out some samples. Please include your bb.com name. FYI it tastes great also.
The samples will only be available until this coming Sunday.

In addition if you choose to bash me or my knowledge of this product then prepare to be educated on things you might not want to hear. If you have something good to say then please say it. But if you choose to challenge scienctifically proven products then understand if I tell you the truth on matters you might not want to hear. This is meant as a way for you guys to try a great product for FREE! So understand if I feel a little insulted when people make uneducated claims with no basis. Try the product then tell me what you think, if you like it great, if you don't then atleast you have some basis on why!!

In all honesty, it seems a little surpassed by Torrent and Replenish...

You should not be worrying about supplements at your age. If you are then I would do a little more research on nutrition and training to see that at your age that is all that really matters.

It seems to work for some of our most elite athletes. Maybe you have heard of them. Joseph Addai, Rashad Evans, Kieth Jardine, and oh Brandon Stokley. I think I will take there opinion on what is horrible and what is not. Good luck with whatever other products you are taking it seems to be working!!
NOT!!

Pro athletes endorse products based on who which company pays them more. Don't think for a second that pro BB's actually just use supplements.
BTW, please learn the difference between "they're", "there", and "their".
Thanks.
EDIT: Thanks for the neg! Ignorance at its finest....

I hope you're not also taking their opinion on what is correct grammar...
No need to be an ass. Why are you saying whatever that poster is taking is not working? There is no way for you to tell or not what condition he/she is in and certainly not whether whatever he/she is taking post-nutrition is working and saying what you said makes you look both asinine and patently stupid.
I have spent a lot of time with post recovery supplements. I've looked over yours and found it interesting, but not particularly impressive, more or less along the lines of Universal Animal Nitro G without all the sugar. Post workout recovery agents, in general, tend to be less effective on me personally unless they have some caloric content and perhaps the person posting that reacts the same way. Name-checking your endorsed athletes adds nothing and makes Hard Nutrition look hard up.

Again you are another uneducated guy on the forums. I am a pro athlete and I will guarantee the athletes that we use take our products. But think what you may in time you will understand why I am pushing this line of products. I know one thing I am seperating myself from guys like you everyday. So please don't take HARD Nutrition supplements it allows the guys who actually understand the philosophy behind us to leave people as yourself behind.
Good luck with that PM me in a year and let me know what you think.

For a guy who is into Lacrosse I would think you might take Lacrosse Greats Gavin Prout and Gee Nash word, but again it amazes me how uneducated guys really are when it comes to supplements.

Heh, no danger in me taking HARD Nutrition supplements. This isn't about some philosophy, it's about the ingredient profile of a supplement.

it amazes me when a company puts together something that would cost 2$ and then markets it to the ignorant masses in a desperate attempt to make a profit. Gotta love the irony of you calling ME uneducated. You care to explain the physiological processes of recovery/energy and how your product benefits those systems?
or you just want some no name MLL players to "endorse" it and then use that as your major marketing ploy? I know quite a few MLL players personally, they work 9-5 jobs then go play lacrosse, their major focus of training is plyometrics, endurance and anerobic cardio. They dont have diet/nutrition/supplement coaches, the VAST majority have NO IDEA about supplementation nor care to bother with it. They eat right and train hard. So me being "into lacrosse" paired with a couple player endorsements, isnt going to get me to buy your product, that right there reinforces your marketing strategy...

Sharing knowledge with you guys based off elite athletes who endorse Hard Nutrition products is not name dropping. I would not knock a product because you have "Spent a lot of time with post recovery supplements". Take the advice that is being given and have an open mind. You compared R3 to Universals Animal Nitro G without the sugar! That is a great product and sells very well. Once again who are people going to listen to?? A guy who has "Spent time with recovery drinks"? or the professional athlete kicking ass in a cage or on the field? Hmmm...let me think. Please try it before you knock it.

I am a little surprised by the hostile responses, jeez he is only giving away some samples, try it, if you hate it post a review on it, you may like it, but at least wait to bash. I thought Test B would be total crap and I was very impressed with the sample pack I received and I would will probably purchase it sometime in the future, as soon as my ridiculous stash runs out. I have a problem with buying supplements.

Sounds like you don't know any professionals then. Being a professional requires one to take care of his body through diet, training, and supplements. For a professional athlete to have "No idea" about supplements is just plain stupid. I would not considered them pro athletes if they don't have a knowledge on diet/nutrition/or supplements. Sounds like some amature lacrosse being played.

when you actually know/play/interact with a Professional Lacrosse player, talk to me. Until then, you still have yet to answer my question on what physiological processes your supplement effects/benefits...or how exactly it aides in recovery.

Good job you actually know a little bit about lacrosse. Give me about 5 minutes while I finish writing you a mini book on why R3 works. Do you need it in layman terms or can you read scientific facts?

this post has to be a joke. big ron also got to where he is today with cell mass and no xplode. people will say whatever you want for the right price; and why would they not take the supplements, they're free.
1g of an amino acid "blend", glutamine and glutamic acid, 3g arginine.. i'm not seeing a complete recovery formula here.
cool, you have electrolytes. one decent thing.
the ingredients are underdosed and it's a poor formulation.
