*8No_sugar_intake_for_cutting_down_any_help?*
Hey there fellas,
I got a question, which i think i have answered by myself today at the gym but its good to hear others opinions as well. Its been almost 1,5 week since i wanted to shred up my body to see how it responded and how it would look ofcourse. I have cut down all sugars, from fruits to fruit juices and bbq sauces. Also i used to add honey in my oatmeal every morning i cut that too. The week that past i went ok at the gym and i could lift really have for many reps and many excercises per body part.
But this week the second week of my sugar-cut.....i was like an amateur on the gym. Yesterday i had legs...ok it was hard workout but did it. Today it was chest. I went on lifting the heavy weights for incline dumbell press and damn it was hard and i could go only up to 6-8 really really pushed reps. That happened to me with all the excercises. After 6 reps i felt my muscles stucked somewhere.......Is this because of the no-sugar on my nutrition? If i start eating fruits again will i increase my weight with fat?
My nutrition is about as follows:
1)Breakfast:
Oatmeal, 6 eggwhites, 1slice of 1%fat cheese, 2tables of b-complex with c vitamins.
2)2 slices of whole wheat bred, tune or turkey ham and some veggie.
3)Mostly chicken with rice or pasta and salad.
4)2-Rice cakes with fat free yogourt - before gym-
5)A protein shake after gym
6)The same i eat for lunch
With each meal i took ofcourse 1glass of water.
Thanks a lot!
