    When should I take my protein?

    Ok i'm going to buy some dymatise elite and I would like to know when I should take it i've never taken any supps before because I never had the money, but now that I do I wanna see if it helps improve me.

    So when should I take it? How many times should I take it on my workout days and when should I be taking it? How many times should I take it on my non workout days and when should I take it?

    you need 1 1/2 grams of protein to every pound of bodyweight to make some good gains if you are working out well in the gym. so write down everything you eat for one week and calculate what your protein intake is with food and then make up the difference with shakes inbetween meals. invest in creatine and glutamine.
