Come on people: Equate is the S**t. I just can't tell how companies can get away with charging 10X that price for a multivitamin.

Equate is pretty crappy.

Kmart has a generic thats much better.

Plus, to get the amount of nutrients in one serving of equate, i would end up using 1/6 a serving of my current multi.

So my multi actaully comes out cheaper.

the 1st multivitamin i bought was the Dollar General brand and i could tell it was doing something because every time i took one i got very hungry afterwards. somehow i got into buying multi's with the fancy labels and names and couldn't really tell if they were doing anything and ended up throwing them away. i'm glad i wasn't the only one that tried a cheap vitamin and wasn't disappointed.
