Cramron bud, there is nothing wrong with learning more about something that may help you with your bodybuilding endevours is there? TUT is something used by a significant number of bodybuilders and strength athletes, so it is relevent to this sport.

Yes but cramron buddy there is absolutely nothing wrong with going to search for information. We don't NEED to know a lot of the stuff about bodybuilding that we do to be succesful, but learning as much as you can about a subject that interests you can only be healthy and good.
