I am lucky to have relatively minor injuries so far...
right wrist strain(from power cleans performed with bad form)-can't do barbell pushing lifts for 2 weeks.
lower back strain(from over exertion in tire flips)-no lower body lifts for 2 weeks.
pulled lat muscle(from farmers walk pickup)-no rows,DLs and other hip dominant lifts for 6 weeks.
currently,BOTH of my shoulders are experiencing irritation...probably from the weighted dipsLast edited by Doenitz79; 07-06-2009 at 06:02 PM.

Have had 1st and 2nd degree strains in both of my hamstrings at least 8000 times."Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

spondylolitheses (L-5 not fused to S-1): moderate pain every day.
Torn ACL & torn meniscus (left knee): went under the knife early May, won't be able to think about doing a sport type activity until Novemeber, probably won't be close to 100% many months after that. I'm working out around it right now, and doing rehab.Training Journal:

Age: 35
Weight: ~200lbs
L3, L4, L5 bulging dics
Basically stopped lifting for about 10 years, then found a good chiropractor/PT and he got me going great again.
Age:48
Weight: 235lbs
Torn groin muscle.
Couldn't walk for 1 week.
Couldn't walk up steps for 1 month, then couldn't walk up steps regular way one foot then the next for another month.
Finally in 6 months I was able to squat 405lbs for 10reps.
Age: 49
Weight: 230lbs
Partial lower bicep tendon rupture (tear).
Physical Therapy with ultrasound and massages for 3 months, on a weekly basis.
Took a year to be able to bench with out pain and not having to take advil to kill the pain.
This still hurts me but now I can live with the pain, I think band workouts are helping increase the tendon strength.Good Luck!

torn tend on in wrist - no pressing for four weeks (supposed to be longer than that but I just benched in my wrist brace)
broken ankle (hairline fracture) - couldn't even walk for a couple of weeks. Three years ago still hasn't really healed (in fact recently re-broke it). Doesn't really effect lifting I just have to squat kinda funny and position my foot to minimize stress on it. Feels SUPER awkward during deficit deads though.
torn ligament in rear delt from wrestling - never healed, doctor said muscle tissue filled in the gap (shoulders are really weird...) but It won't be the same until I get out of law school and can afford expensive ass shoulder surgery.
forearm tendinitis - jumped up too quick on incline bench. Just hurts, sometimes really bad, doesn't effect lifting if I just suck it up though.
Minor lower back strain - no pulling for a couple of weeks, only light squatting.

The only one that gives me problems is the jaw.. it's developed arthritis from all the breaks ect.. and when it's cold it can hurt like hell!!
My longest run to date is 120 miles .. I did a private race Race across Texas. I'm hoping to do Badwater in the next 2 years.
Cycling alot, I'm hoping to do the Michelob Ultra in August but there's a hold on registrations right now,, not sure what's up with that..hopefully it's not being canceled.Last edited by grace_ou; 07-07-2009 at 08:04 AM.

'99(Junior year of HS) - Grade 2 Sprain of my MCL (L), came within a hair of tearing it completely. Time out: 3.5 months and still deal with it to this day, as it didn't heal correctly
Tendonitis is both elbows that is off and on. Had to take a month off deadlifting at its worst.http://www.thewarehousegym.net/ - PL/SM gym on the South Side of Houston owned by Dr. Zach McVey

ive never had anything major - scapular bursitis which kept me out for 2 weeks, and after my last competition, i totally seized up, but it wasnt really an injury
Ive had lots of injuries from football - broken nose, finger, blood clot, sprains just about everywhere, bruised ribs and a few moreMy journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=110608191

Injured my left rotator cuff benching ~235 lb on 5x5. I started lifting 6 months prior to the injury. So, my form was pretty f-ed up not to mention I did that after coming back from a week break with no lifting.
Took about 6 months before I could do anything with it, but still feel discomfort. Took about a year to heal completely.
