I keep hearing mixed results on this, that your body will not utilize more than 100g of protein per meal, or 75g per meal..
I usually have 5 meals and hover around 60-80g per. So what is the max that you can take without pissing it away...

Definitely depends on size but 50g per meal would be about all you'd need if your avg. size ~180lbs. 50x6 = 300g protein, or up it to 8 meals and 50x8 = 400g of protein.
