    So what is your max recommended protein per meal?

    I keep hearing mixed results on this, that your body will not utilize more than 100g of protein per meal, or 75g per meal..

    I usually have 5 meals and hover around 60-80g per. So what is the max that you can take without pissing it away...

    it depends on your size, but most people can't absorb more than 35-45

    Definitely depends on size but 50g per meal would be about all you'd need if your avg. size ~180lbs. 50x6 = 300g protein, or up it to 8 meals and 50x8 = 400g of protein.
