Ok, I've read how bulking calories for most people are somewhere
in the range of 16-20 calories per pound of Lean Body Mass and that
Carbs should be somewhere around 40-60% of overall caloric intake.
My question is, in regards to Endomorphs, where would one start
calorically and macronutrient-wise. I know carbs with protein facilitates
growth, but 40-60% for carbs has got to be too much for an Endo. Please help!
