As some background for me, I used to lift pretty hard and heavy, then I messed up my rotator cuff and it's been a long time since I've hit the weights. I finally got some greenlight from my doctor telling me that I could probably start to be active again, so I had my first lift in a LONG time today.
It went alright, I am a lot weaker than I was, and struggled to curl once what I used to curl at my workout weight. I dropped the weight and had a pretty good workout. I felt really pumped the whole time. My muscles felt like they were ready to rip out of my body. I attribute this to my stack and the fact that I haven't lifted for a while. I definitely feel like I had a really good pump going by the time I was halfway through working out. By the end my arms were pretty sore, but again I attribute this to having been off the weights for so long.
I think I've found a pretty solid stack, and I'm excited to add Purple WrAAth and a new multi to the list (I'm about out of Mega Men).
Anyway, I'll update this pretty regularly I'm sure. Once I start lifting at a higher level again I'll update things in more detail.
