hey i didnt have time to work out at my normal time 1:00 pm so im goin to work out at around 11:00 pm is that ok for my body thanks.

Are you cutting? If so, no matter. One night of eating before bed won't hurt you. After your workout, make sure you get down some protien and carbs to refuel yourself, so you won't be working out and then sleeping for 8 hours while your body eats itself from lack of nutrients.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.
