On Monday I will begin lifting again. I haven't seriously lifted since the beginning of August due to soccer. Would it be okay if I did a full body workout 3 times a week, for a week or two then went to a split?

then increase when u can do 3 sets of 10 with no problemarniefan!!

yep, what mark said. don't start throwing around the heavy weights for the first week- re-introduce your body back into th game
