    Uneven fat displacement, and no this is not a skinny kid no abs thread

    I'm at 9.5% bf, but I got a 4 on my abs and a 14 on my quads. Is there a damned thing I can do about this?

    loose even more fat until its all low? people naturally have fat deposited in various areas around their body

    Dammit man I have a six pack flexed, something between a six pack and a really weird looking stomach unflexed, I should be at a lower BF overall for that!! I just finished bulking, too. Is there anything can displace fat more evenly? I can't do high impact leg work (squats/deadlifts) due to injury, I suppose leg press/extensions would build it up and fill it out more and make it leaner. Anyway I could do that?

    All most every one is going to have a higher fat percentage in the quads then the abs don't worry about it. And just lose fat all over.
