Blood tests, what are they for BB?
I have read some articles on bloods, but does anybody have any ideas as to what the best test are to get and are all tests equal? Does a person have to go to a specialist BB blood clinic?
Any comments and guidance here?
Thanks
Marcos

Its not what is best, its what will help the most.
The usual include fasting blood glucose, liver panel, metabolic panel (Na,K,Cl,HC03,BUN,creatinine), full blood count, lipids, thyroid function test, maybe PSA; as well as getting blood pressure checked.

Thanks Greg
I have also heard some on Hormone testing,
Major hormones of importance checked:
Testosterone
Free testosterone
IGF-1 Estradiol
DHEA/DHEA-s
Full thyroid panel
Any comments on these anyone? Has anyone else had these test and have they helped you achieve your goals?
Thanks

There's a ton of postings on those subject. Do a quick search, and you'll come up with a number of threads that discuss those tests in great detail.
Good luck,
Dave
