haha my routine used to like like that and i can tell u it stinks!
How long are u in the gym when u do chest shoulders and tri. ?
That most be longer then 45 min.
And u most keep ur workouts under 45 min.
Here try this
monday: biceps, tricep
Tuesday: legs
Wednesday: off
Thursday: Chest, shoulders
Friday: back
Its simple and you won't be overtraining !
Good luckRage is good Concentration is good But a combination is even better!
Life aint hard u get what the f*ck u put in.

I usually try and keep large muscle groups seperated during my week. I find my recovery is much better that way. But everyone is different. With a supp like 1-ad or ONE I find that if I don't put at least 6-7 hours in the gym per week, I'm not getting the full benefit. Plus I'll pop and ECA pre workout to reduce cortisol levels, enabling me to go beyond that 45 minutes range.

Oeps sorry forgot the whole reason why this thread is started i forgot about the 1ad.
But.. I think he's not popping a eca pill and even if he does If u want a GOOD training for chest, shoulders and tri. youre most be at least 1.15 or 1.30 in the gym.
That's what i'm thinking when i train chest and tri. I most work really hard to try not to pass the 1 hour
But maybe he's real speedyRage is good Concentration is good But a combination is even better!
