    Decline Nose busters...

I tried these with my triceps work out this morning for the first time. Doint them on the decline bench really forces the tri's to work harder that on the flat bench. Anyone who hasn't tried them, I recommend to substitute these one day.

    Are you talking about skullcrushers?

Yeah, same thing. To me, my elbows stay more stable when I lower the bar to my nose. That is why I have always referred to them as "nose busters". You ever tried them on the decline bench? I read about it in a magazine over the weekend.

Nope, I haven't tried it, but I'm thinking about incorporating it into my routine. I started a thread a couple of days ago about. It's somewhere down the page.

Definitely try them man. My tri's were burning like never before. I will probably start rotating my tri mass builder between close grip bench, decline nose busters, and flat bench nose busters.

Glad you appreciate my comical abilities. Sorry for not using the appropriate terminology. Would you please teach me more appropriate terms when you have a chance?

It is quite a funny term... I think I'm going to start using it... Iv'e heard so many weird names for different exercises but I like this one best... It is a very good exercise when done in the decline position though...
